Returns & Exchanges

   

Returns Policy

    • If you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.  Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Any items returned found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.
    • We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions. Items covered in animal/human hair will also not be accepted.
    • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving them, however it can take up to 7 working days to process during busy periods, so please don't worry if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet. 
    • PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take up to 5 workings days to clear into your account.
    • Any items purchased from an event/competition (i.e. pop-up store), where Bear Strength have featured, cannot be returned for a cash refund. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the item(s) returned.
    • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Initial postage costs are non-refundable. Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Bear Strength will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

  • If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

SALE items

  • Any items that are purchased as part of a 'Sale' or 'End of Season Sale', ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please note "Discounted" items where a code was applied at checkout are eligible for a refund or exchange within the 30-day return period. 

 

Pre-ordered Items

  • Any items that are purchased on a Pre-Order basis are only eligible for an exchange or credit note, no refunds will be given. If you place a pre-order in conjunction with products that are currently in stock, they will be sent together with your pre-ordered items. If you wish to receive your in stock items sooner please order separately.

 

Gift Cards

  • The purchase of Gift Cards cannot be refunded. Our gift cards have no expiry date and will be issued immediately following confirmation of payment within our system. 

    *Please note, if your billing address does not match the one registered to your credit/debit card or your payment flags up as suspicious for any reason - there may be a delay in processing the gift card as we will have to asses and fulfil the order manually. Please get in touch if you have any issues or do not receive your gift card immediately after purchase.
